Jemimah Ashleigh

Jemimah Ashleigh is an award-winning entrepreneur, best-selling author, international keynote speaker and visibility strategist who helps founders become known, trusted and chosen in their industry.

After a 13-year career in law enforcement with the Australian Federal Police, Jemimah made the leap into entrepreneurship and went on to build multiple six-figure businesses, release a best-selling book and establish herself as one of Australia’s leading voices on visibility, authority and business growth. In 2024, she was named one of Australia’s Top 10 Entrepreneurs.

Jemimah is the founder of The Visibility Lab, a strategic visibility and growth business that works with founders, CEOs and professional service firms to position them as the go-to in their space. Her work focuses on turning expertise into authority through awards, media, speaking, personal branding and strategic storytelling - without fluff or performative marketing.

She is also the founder of The Awards Portal, Australia’s leading awards intelligence and application platform. Built in collaboration with Monash University, The Awards Portal has helped businesses win more than 150 awards, achieve a 100 percent finalist success rate and secure national recognition across major programs including the Australian Small Business Champion Awards, where Jemimah herself is a multi-award winner. Her clients have gone on to leverage awards for PR, partnerships, funding and long-term commercial growth.

Jemimah has spoken on stages across the United States, Canada, Australia and Indonesia, alongside leaders including Gary Vaynerchuk, senior advisors to Barack Obama, and the founder of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Kate Hulsman

Kate's professional career started over 20 years ago as a Chartered Accountant in a mid-size firm.  After finishing her degree, Kate explored the world before returning to Australia to settle into a new role in the insolvency industry. 

For over 20 years, Kate worked with individuals and business owners that were facing financial difficulty.  Her expertise in Business Recovery and Corporate Insolvency is priceless when it comes to assisting business owners grow their business and excel. 

Kate's role as the first Partnership Executive/Business Development Manager at a pre-insolvency firm, indicates her significance in developing and nurturing partnerships and strong networks.

Kate is also passionate about giving back outside of her work and has been supporting the charity, which offers services to adults with intellectual disabilities, for the past 10 years. Her efforts have been remarkable, as she has raised nearly $1 million for the cause, showing her commitment to making a positive impact in the community.  In more recent years, Kate has become heavily involved in raising funds for her son’s school, which is a small catholic school in Bayside.
